Descripción
La habitación es parte de un ático nuevo de diseño en el último piso de un típico edificio de Berlín, que, al igual que toda la calle, data del siglo XIX. Un cuarto de baño de estilo moderno con lavabo, ducha grande, transparente y bañera Ur-Berlín están integrados en la amplia habitación. El inodoro moderno está reservado sólo para los huéspedes, de la habitación. El WiFi es gratis. Toda la habitación es una moderna combinación de elementos modernos y antiguos, con tonos blanco, grises y beige. El graffiti en la fachada del edificio y la escalera vieja forman parte de ese estilo carcaterístico de Prenzlauer Berg.
Somos dos tipos de Italia y Alemania, que viven en el mismo apartamento ático en la planta superior. Giorgio, un arquitecto italiano, ha diseñado toda la casa con líneas sencillas y limpias. Nos divertimos mucho en nuestra casa y los huéspedes de todo el mundo son bienvenidos en nuestra casa. Estaremos dispuestos a ayudarte si lo necesitas ya asesorándote con los mejores sitios a los que acudir y visitar de Berlín, esa ciudad que tanto nos gusta.
La línea de tren S41 (en el sentido de las agujas del reloj) y S42 (sentido antihorario) unen el barrio con los distritos vecinos y Friedrichshain. Friedrichshain es también accesible a través de las líneas S-Bahn S8 S2, y S9, así como varias líneas de tranvía.

We loved staying here. Oliver and Giorgio were very friendly and welcoming. The room is beautifully designed and very comfortable. The street is quiet but at the same time very near all the good places to go.

Einfach zwei angenehme, super lockere Typen. Die mir und meiner Freundin ein echt super tolles Zimmerchen zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Hut ab, echt Sytlisch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Dazu noch in einer ZOP LAGE. Perfekt für jeden Touristen. Ich komme bald wieder ....

Einfach nur grossartig! Mit so viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail einzurichten ist die eine ganz grosse Klasse- wunderschön! Die andere, die Meisterklasse sind die Gastegeberqualitäten- zauberhaft, liebevoll, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, offen und geradlinig! Besser geht es nicht! Die Lage ist noch das Sahnehäubchen oben drauf, absolut ruhig gelegen und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss mitten im Geschehen, eine der besten Gegenden in Berlin! Herzlichen Dank von meiner Seite aus, so schön und entspannt zu wohnen, dass muss Euch beiden erst mal jemand nachmachen (und das wird ganz schön schwer, die benchmark liegt verdammt hoch;-))

Absolutely Perfect. 'Travel like a local' couldn't be more true. The apartment is stunning. Clean, trendy, well furnished, a great shower and a bath It's a 'Berliner Zimmer' with a nice view on the backyard. And the best thing is it's location. Nearby Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. And my hosts were wonderful. They let you be a local but if you want to know more they provide you with some great tips. I will return!

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das von den freundlichen Gastgebern mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt. Zahlreiche nette Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Galerien liegen quasi um die Ecke. Wir haben ein perfektes Wochenende hier verbracht.

Política de Cancelación: Semiflexible
Recibirás un reembolso del total de tu reserva si realizas la cancelación al menos 4 días antes de la fecha de entrada (antes de las 12 del mediodía, hora local). En el caso de cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 4 días de antelación a la fecha de llegada, se te reembolsará 5%* del total de la reserva. Considera que la cuota de servicio del 12% de Wimdu no es reembolsable.
Ejemplo
Si el huésped cancela con más de 4 días de anticipación a la fecha de entrada, y la reserva era por 112€, el huésped recibirá un reembolso de 100€. Si el huésped cancela con menos de 4 días de antelación a la fecha de llegada, recibirá 5€.*Sujeto a que el huésped pruebe que el anfitrión ha experimentado un daño económico significativamente menor a la compensación otorgada por la política de cancelación. Los daños económicos al anfitrión podrían ser menores debido a ahorros en los costes: por ejemplo, si el alojamiento en cuestión permanece libre, o si se alquila a alguien más después de la cancelación
