Centraly located in the old town of Palma, this attractive apartment has recently been reformed situated on the third floor,with no lift. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the third has two singles, each bedroom has wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning units.
Tastefully decorated, the lounge is independent, bright and sunny with two sets of doors to a balcony with views to the street and neighbourhood.
The modern kitchen is new and fully equipped, opening onto the dining room. There are three bath/shower rooms. The apartment is spacious and with a lot of light, a total of 130 sq metres, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail.
The apartment is situated in a quiet side street off Via Sindicato, 50 metres from Plaza Mayor, ideal for people who want to live in the old city of Palma. Close by is the shopping centre of Palma, El Corte Ingles, Supermarkets, and Boutiques. The famous market El Oliver is 5 minutes away.
All the historical sights, palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants.
The central bus and train stations are also very close. Next to the apartment ia a bicycle rental, Palma is fully equipped for cyclists.
Palma's beaches are 10-15 minutes walk away.
Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.
Not forgetting the Tuesday nights busy "Routa Martiana" which happens in the area of the apartment where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for 1.50€ each.
The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.
Normas del alojamientoThe rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
Rental starts at 14:00 hours and finishes at 11:00 hours on the last day of the contract.
Prices are for this property in Euros.
Long winter rental prices on request.
Refundable deposit of 300.00euros required for any wilful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival.
Rentals also taken for December through to March.
We accept arrivals up to 21.00 hours, after this time there will be an extra charge, please contact us for more details.
Refundable security deposit is required for any damage to the property or contents, if you depart before 10.00 it will be refunded 48 hours after leaving the property by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or at hand over the keys.

Nice place, centrally located with bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Some cafes for breakfast directly around the corner.
The appartment is light, clean, big enough for three and nicely equipped. The kitchen could have a little bit more equipment and the WiFi should be checked (wasn't working for us all three days).
Communication and logistics was excellent.
The flat was really nice. We appreciated the good beds and the air conditioning. There were 41 steps to the secend floor but it was OK for us. It would be nice if you can do a manual to the washing machine. It´s much easyer to use then.
Basically everything was fine and according to the description with the booked accomodation:
The apartment was clean and all necessary equipment available (TV, free WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine, A/C in all rooms except one sleeping room (only vent), washing machine).
At arrival we were expected in front of apartment at agreed time (2PM).
Departure was at 11AM and we could deposit our luggage in the rental company’s office until our final departure to airport.
Only problem (cause only 4 points instead of 5 points): the apartment is in 3rd floor and the stairways are VERY small to bring up the luggage. It seems this is standard in city houses in Palma, but it should be mentioned in the description.
Great host. Quick to reply by mail and text. Supplied baby cot and chair without hassle. Just easy!

We had a great stay in the apartment. Location is really great. In reality exactly like the pictures. Pay attention: the stairs are rather steep!
Everything was more than ok, except for the noise the wooden floor makes.....
-Excellent location, easy to walk within minutes to restaurants, bars, shops, cafes. Perfect with little baby.
-Spacious lounge & dining area (we were 3 adults and a 5 month old baby).
-2 good size double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
-Elevator (but 3 steps to get up to it made it a little tricky with pushchair).
-Quiet - good for sleeping!
-Lucky it was available at short notice.
We didn't like:
-No electric kettle - just one for the hob - far too time consuming for tea & making baby bottles!
-No AC in the bedrooms, only in lounge. We had to have the lounge at lowest temperature for a few hours to help cools the bedrooms.
-Tiny microwave (our standard MAM baby bottles wouldn't fit).
-En suite bathroom did not have a shower curtain.
-Poor water pressure in showers.
Ein superschöner Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Wohnung würde ich in den kühleren Monaten nicht empfehlen, da sehr feucht und es Probleme mit der Elektrizität (kein Strom z.T.) und der Wasserversorgung gab. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Appartment hatte eine TOP Lage. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Schön eingerichtet, sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und wir wurden auch sehr nett empfangen. es war rundum alles prima. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
